DISCO large-scale mowers.
There are five different series of large-scale mowers: the DISCO DUO with reverse-drive system, the DISCO AUTOSWATHER biomass mower with swath grouping, and the DISCO BUSINESS with load-sensing working hydraulics and numerous additional functions, plus the DISCO CONTOUR and TREND models. All come equipped with ACTIVE FLOAT and further highlights.
Slope control and belt cover.
Two new options make working with the proven DISCO 9200 C AUTOSWATHER even more pleasant and efficient.
The automatic slope control function uses an incline sensor to detect the current machine position, and adapts the belt speeds and ground pressure automatically according to the slope angle. The belt cover reduces plant loss during mowing, and stops dirt deposits forming on the machine.
DISCO DUO.
The DISCO 9400 C DUO large-scale mower mows in reverse mode with a working width of 9.10 metres. The reverse-drive system allows you to keep everything in view, while the tine conditioner ensures that the forage dries quickly.
DISCO 9200 C AUTOSWATHER.
When it comes to handling large quantities of biomass, the DISCO AUTOSWATHER is in a class of its own, with a working width of 9.10 metres and swath grouping. For even greater performance and versatility in the harvesting chain.

DISCO CONTOUR rear mowers.
DISCO CONTOUR rear mowers are efficient and reliable – no matter what the conditions. With working widths ranging from 2.60 to 4.20 metres, there is a machine suitable for every farm or business operation.
Optimum ground-contour following.
ACTIVE FLOAT transfers the weight of the mower from the grass cover to the tractor. This reduces fuel consumption, along with the foreign material content in the forage (DLG-Fokus test 05/10).
Convenient.
The KENNFIXX® hydraulic connector, lower link cones with bolt positions at different heights, and an easily accessible drive shaft with a 250-hour lubrication interval reduce the time required for attachment and removal, and keep maintenance to a minimum.
Out of harm’s way.
Space-saving parking: the support trestle is optionally available with or without rollers.
Transport lock.
The DISCO rear mower is available with working widths between 2.60 and 4.20 metres. The DISCO 3600 is the only conditioner mower on the market with a working width of 3.40 metres, central hitching and an ideal 120° transport position.

DISCO rear mowers with side hitching.
The side-hitched rear mowers in the DISCO 100 and 10 series feature the same professional core technology as their larger siblings – the MAX CUT mower bar.
MAX CUT professional-quality technology.
The MAX CUT mower bar provides outstanding cutting quality with low maintenance input. The wave shape of the mower bar bed allows the cutting discs to be placed well to the front. This results in a larger overlap, and an optimum mowing result.
Centre of gravity suspension.
The large suspension spring acts on the middle of the machine frame. In addition, the line of force of the spring passes straight through the mower’s centre of gravity. The inner and outer support ensures that the force is transferred evenly to the mower bar.
The small spring additionally protects the mower bar drive. Our unique centre of gravity suspension brings the advantages of central hitching to the side-hitched models.

DISCO trailed mowers.
CLAAS trailed mowers provide optimum ground-contour following in all conditions. In all configurations – 3.00 or 3.40 metres working width, side or central drawbar, with or without conditioner, crop spreading or swath grouping – all these DISCO machines come equipped with the MAX CUT cutterbar and guarantee maximum operational reliability.
Trailed DISCO with central drawbar.
Thanks to the combination of two double-acting rams, the mower pivots both to left and right. This allows its full width to be used at all times. The DISCO T CONTOUR is available with a working width of 3.00 or 3.40 metres, and with roller or tine conditioners.
Trailed DISCO with side drawbar.
The DISCO 3150 T is available with tine or roller conditioner. The parallelogram suspension on the frame ensures optimum ground-contour following.
DISCO 3150 TC FLAPGROUPER.
The swath is formed by two additional flaps behind the conditioner, pivoted via a hydraulic ram. This results in a 3.00-metre-wide double swath, formed in two passes.

The MAX CUT mower bar combines the benefits of different drive concepts, making it truly one of a kind, and more efficient than any other mechanism. The wave shape allows the large satellite wheels of the mower disk to be placed well to the front, engaging at two points with multiple teeth. Uniform disc intervals ensure a perfect cut pattern under all operating conditions. The MAX CUT mower bar is permanently lubricated, and is therefore maintenance-free.
